Workshop: Adult Autism: Unexplored Territory
In our therapy work, many of us are increasingly finding ourselves working with clients who have made the discovery, as an adult, that they are autistic. This discovery can help them make a lot of sense of their life experiences and struggles, but they may need informed professional help to do so.
Some of us are currently discovering, in collaboration with our autistic clients, creative approaches to this essential work, and we will be giving a brief introduction to this new and exciting territory in this presentation.
